HOW
DO I ORDER BY PHONE, FAX, OR MAIL?
To order
with a check or money order, print and complete the PDF Order
Form and mail it to: Excite TheCrowd,
PO Box 26701, Columbus, OH 43226. There is a $20.00 fee on ALL returned
checks. The mail/fax order form is in PDF format. To download Adobe
PDF Reader, click the Adobe Acrobat Download link on our Links
Page.
To order
with a credit card you may do one of the following: Use our secure shopping
cart system, supplying requested information upon request via the secured
order form; Call toll-free (800) 469-7878 with the order form completed
and your credit card information ready; Fax your order to (614) 841-9318.
DO YOU
ACCEPT SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDERS?
To order with a SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDER,
fax your authorized school purchase order to (614) 841-9318 or mail
it to: Excite The Crowd, PO Box 26701, Columbus, OH 43226. PLEASE DO
NOT PHONE THE OFFICE WITH YOUR PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER. We must have a
copy of the authorized purchase order from your school prior to processing
the order. Note, your purchase order MUST be signed by the school principal
or bookkeeper, and must include the shipping/handling charge. If your
school does not use a purchase orders, you may order with a LETTER OF
AUTHORIZATION on school letterhead, authorizing your purchase, and signed
by the school principal or bookkeeper. Net payment is due in full within
15 days of receipt of goods. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5%
per month finance charge.
HOW
MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?*
We try to
keep our shipping charges as fair as possible. These charges include
insurance and guaranteed delivery. If your order gets to you in poor
condition, or it doesnt get to you at all, well take care
of it!

HOW
LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We make every effort to get your package to you quickly. Your order
is processed immediately and shipped via UNITED PARCEL SERVICE. In stock
items are usually shipped within 1-2 working days of credit approval.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will receive a note with
an approximate ship date. This means that items ordered together may
arrive separately. SECOND DAY UPS. Please phone the office to check
product availability. Hawaii, Alaska and APO orders will be shipped
Priority/Second Day UPS.
HOW
DOES THE SHOPPING CART WORK?
To place
an item in your shopping cart for purchase, just click on the "Buy
Now" button next to the desired item. You may then continue shopping
or continue to the secured check out form. To remove an item from your
shopping cart simply uncheck the box next to the listed item and click
the "Recalculate" button to view the updated shopping cart
contents.

ORDERING INFORMATION SAFE?

WHAT
ARE YOUR COMPANY POLICIES?
Items and prices are effective as of December 30, 2001 and are subject
to change without notice. Every item sold is guaranteed against material
defects and will be exchanged or refunded. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. (See RETURNS
/ EXCHANGES for non-returnable items.) YOUTH AND INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATIONS:
All orders from youth organizations not affiliated with a school must
include payment in full with their order.
CAN
I MAKE RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
We will be happy to refund or exchange merchandise (excluding items
listed below.) The returned item must be in its original condition,
unworn and unsoiled. Shoes must be returned in original box exactly
as received. You may return any item (excluding the non-returnable items)
for credit or refund. If you are returning an item for a SIZE EXCHANGE
or a DIFFERENT ITEM, use the shipping/handling chart on the order form
as this will be processed as a new order. For cash orders, this fee
must be enclosed with your return. For credit card or purchase orders,
your account will be charged. There is a $5.00 per pair return fee on
all shoes. Worn shoes will not be accepted for exchange or refund. NO
RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FOURTEEN DAYS OF PURCHASE.
TO RETURN
MERCHANDISE: You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order.
You will be given a Return Authorization Number. This number must appear
on the outside of your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
and will be returned to you. Returns must be received within ten days
of the time you receive your return authorization number.
NONRETURNABLE
ITEMS include books, videos, briefs, body-suits, customized items, ribbons,
socks, closeout, glitter, body jewelry, dated, seasonal, or soiled items.
